Chuuwee is so much more than just a rapper—he is a true student of the game who is putting his own twist on Hip Hop’s golden era. His strong lyrical skills and flow showcase the mature sensibilities of a 21 year old artist deeply influenced by both his upbringing in Sacramento, California as well as his love for 1990’s East Coast Hip Hop. Fresh off of his recent performance in front of 20,000 people at the Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival and a print feature in this month's issue of XXL Magazine, Chuuwee is hard at work on two upcoming studio projects—a mixtape tribute to J Dilla and a new album. At the same time, he’s running his own clothing line (HAK) and prepping for college shows, local performances, and a slot at the A3C Hip Hop Festival in Atlanta. The future is indeed looking quite bright for this young MC.
