Rapper Wyclef Jean announced the launch of a new company All Handz On Deck during the New Music Seminar, which concluded last night (June 19) in New York.

The company will partner and empower artists, by providing them a structure to connect with fans.

According to Wyclef, the company will focus on artists music, as well as artist development.
