During a recent interview with HipHopDX.com, Rapper D.O.C stated that he plans to film a documentary about his career in the rap industry and being a part of the former Ruthless Records label.

He also planning to provide information about the drama inside of the label and why he was kept in the background even though he was an actual member of theformer rap group N.W.A..

The original known members of the rap group N.W.A were Rappers Easy-E, Ice Cube, MC Ren, Dr. Dre, DJ Yella, and Arabian Prince. The group released several popular rap songs such as “8-Ball”, “Gangsta Gangsta” and “Straight Outta Compton.” The group later disbanded due to money disputes and to start solo careers.

According to D.O.C, he was actually writing the rap lyrics of some of the members of the group as a ghostwriter. So they wanted to keep him out of the spotlight so that no one would find out they were not writing their own lyrics.

However, several members of the group ended up having very successful rap careers such as Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, and the late Rapper Easy-E.

D.O.C doesn’t plan to just focus on the bad part of his career with Ruthless Records in his documentary. He wants to also show the positive side as well.

In 1989, D.O.C released his first solo album “No One Can Do It Better,” which did very well on the Billboard Music charts. He became well-known for his unique rapping style and voice.

However, his career was suddenly stopped when he was involved in a bad car accident that crushed his windpipe. He released two more albums after his accident but they were not as successful as his first one.

In the documentary, he plans to show as he undergoes surgery and therapy to repair his damaged vocal cords.
