The song is produced by Dahoud Darien who has produced records for Big Pun 'Still Not A Player', Jay-Z 'Can Knock The Hustle', The Game Ft. Keyshia Cole 'Games Pain' and more. 'I was so inspired by my 12 week challenge that I created a song for it. Most of you guys have been there for the whole ride, from fatness to fitness'. The album is slated to drop on January 22, 2016.
