Yasiin Bey announced he and Ferrari Sheppard would drop a collaborative album under the Dec 99th moniker. Many people believed the self-titled project would be Bey’s last release before his impending retirement; however, it turns out the Brooklyn artist has more music on the way.

The Brooklyn artist revealed he will release two additional albums, including a joint project with famed producer Mannie Fresh.

“I will be premiering my new album, Negus In Natural Person, and me and Mannie Fresh’s project, which is called As Promised, at The Apollo on Dec. 21,” he said during an interview on WNL Radio.
