Sean Price Commemorated With New Skateboard Deck

When 43-year-old underground hip-hop artist Sean Price unexpectedly died last August, the rap community was quick to praise the fallen legend.

Killer Mike, DJ Premier, Just Blaze, Talib Kweli, Mac Miller, Ice-T, De La Soul and Macklemorewere among the artists who had kind words for the late Heltah Skeltah and Boot Camp Clik member whose career began in the 1990s and included collaborations with the Wu-Tang Clan, Black Moon, KRS-One, Roc Marciano, Pete Rock and many others.

To celebrate the life and work of Price, Duck Down Music, the iconic New York City label the acclaimed rapper called home, is selling a special Price skate deck. The design features the art from 'Songs in the Key of Price' album and a portion of the proceeds will go to Price's family. You can order one now at the Duck Down website.

Pro skater Rob Campbell recently took the new Sean Price deck out for a heavy session in New York's Lower East Side. Watch the video, which features Price's song 'Soul Perfect' with Illa Ghee and Royal Flush from 'Songs in the Key of Price,' below.
