The Hip Hop Hall of Fame Awards TV Show is Set for May 19th at the Stage 48 in Manhattan With Red Carpet at 6pm, and Showtime at 8pm With Tickets Going On-Sale Monday April 28th

The Hip Hop Hall of Fame Museum prepares to have some new members added to the growing list of Inductees ahead of its 2016 Grand Opening in Midtown Manhattan. Museum organizers held the "Inductee announcements ceremony " at a press event inside the National Black Theater in Harlem on Thursday. The Hip Hop Hall of Fame Awards 2014 Inductee Class A includes many of the certifiable players in hip hop music and cultural history spanning all four of its elements. "The artists, groups, deejays, b-boys/girls, graffiti artists and entrepreneurs being inducted have all made significant contributions to the birth, establishment, and advancement of the culture," stated awards show Creator-Executive Producer JT Thompson who serves as Chairman of the Hip Hop Hall of Fame Museum.

The press event was hosted by the legendary Roxanne Shante ", who will also serve as the Hip Hop Hall of Fame Awards Show Host on May 19th. Hip Hop Hall of Fame Museum development committee co-chairs in attendance included Easy AD of the Legendary Cold Crush Brothers, DJ Lord Yoda X of Freedome7 & Zulu Nation, Dr. Deborah "Debbie D " Hooper of the US Girls, and James Top of the Graffiti Hall of Fame.
