2013 was a quiet year for Common on the music end after planning to release an EP, mixtape, and album. With a new year ahead of him, Common recently sat down with Revolt TV to announce his new solo album will arrive later this year. Entirely produced by No I.D., the follow-up to 2011 "s The Dreamer/The Believer will be called Nobody’s Smiling.

“2014 will one of my greatest times in music. I feel excited about the project that I’m working on. It’s called Nobody Smiling and it’s an album that originally I was making an EP but, we’ve just been making a lot of songs-myself and No I.D.-and I liked the direction.”
